Smti Tucuno Vamuzo

Tucuno Vamuzo, born on 19.02.1970 in Kohima Nagaland. She did her initial schooling at Little Flower School, Kohima and matriculated from Baptist English School Kohima. Graduated from Kohima Arts College. She did her LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai University. Enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council, New Delhi in 2000. She was appointed as Judicial Magistrate Second Class (on contract) in 2003. Appointed as Judicial Magistrate First Class in 2005, promoted to Chief Judicial Magistrate in 2016. She is also trained as Mediator, having completed the “40 hours mediation Training Program” organized by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, Supreme Court of India. Served as District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of DLSA, Mon from October 2021 to October 2024.
